We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, monitor, and manage the local and wide area networks of our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services.
You will work with internal IT staff and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, maintain network security, and optimize network performance to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

Troubleshoot network problems and outages, schedule upgrades, and collaborate with network architects on network optimization.

Secure network systems by enforcing policies and deploying firewalls, VPNs, and other security tools.

Maintain network documentation and diagrams.

Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve network issues.

Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.

Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a Network Engineer or Network Administrator.

Hands-on experience with networking, routing, and switching.

Excellent knowledge of best practices around network management, control, and monitoring.

Experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network security protocols.

Familiarity with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark).

Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.
